It’s the spinning, rippling and shape-shifting quality to the whole practice that makes it seem like it’s magically morphing – watching it seems like everything else around you has suddenly stopped and as if one is in a hypnotised stance. I relate its impact to those videos that have those swirly patterns that makes one’s mind just swirl along into another state mind, I sometimes feel like I am floating lol, if you know what I am referring to.
