Milling of Styrofoam, covering the surface with close contour paste / styling paste and milling the hardened paste. All milling work is done with Kolb StudioLine M – a milling machine for clay, styrofoam and hardboard which is used in various automotive design studios all over the world (eg Porsche, Ford, Volvo, Skoda, FAW Volkswagen, Volke, Rücker, …). The machine is tailor-made for the application in car styling studios and uses latest technology to achieve a superior milling performance.
