Jerry Levor Roofing installs US Tile Co.’s Fuego Cielo Tile in Capo Beach, CA. The Santa Barbara style architecture is highlighted by exquisite details including a randomly boosted serpentine stagger with mudded birdstop and an indelible Santa Barbara rake detail.

I’m not impressed at all… the way you boosted the field is not even lapping 3″ and you probably see daylight through where you double boosted and where you apparently wanted to use up scraps… That is not a traditional random boost and layout.. It’s your style, but atleast lay it so someone can walk it without breaking every tile you walk on… Tile should be stationary and balanced even on deck… and every tile lapped 3″ min to specs.. nothing great at all.

You failed to show the hard working Mexicans, otherwise nice roof.

What a roof! Wish it was’t so costly to put on and also take off to replace the underlayment! Someone I know are having a side redone for $17,000!!!
And thats reusing “their” tiles too!

The tile itself is in the 3 to 4 hundred range (depending on the style it’s laid out). The labor depends on the style and the degree of difficulty of the roof.
The membrane is a modified base sheet (TG-2) with 2 layers.
On this particular Roof the owner paid about 900 per square for everything (including all of the roof sheet metal work)

Great video! How much is a barrel tile roof per square like the one in the video?
What kind of underlayments do you use?
